Very nice, comfortable, double room in Portchester
I am looking for a young professional to rent the spare room in my flat in desirable Castle Street in Portchester. The ideal person would be like me in respect of being easy going, friendly, clean and tidy, and socialable but not expect to be able to throw a party in the flat.
The flat is modern and is nicely decorated throughout, it benefits from off road parking and has a private back garden which is a real sun trap in the summer. It has an excellent shower but no bath, central heating, a washing machine and wireless broadband. Also, I have a shed with room for your pushbike.
The spare bedroom is at the back of the house away from the road so is therefore nice and quiet, it has just been fully redecorated and is furnished with a large built in cupboard, small chest of draws, bedside table, desk, and a double bed with a new mattress.
My flat is located only 2 minutes walk from the village centre with the main bus stop, and a 5 minute walk from the railway station. Also, Port Solent is within walking distance. It is approximately a 5 minute drive to M27 junction 11 or Junction 12.
