I have two spare double rooms to let in a 4 bed house on the popular Portchester hill slopes. Both rooms have sea views and over look the south facing garden.
I am a single mum of a two year old, so another single mum and child could work equally a student or professional. You would be welcome to use the large lounge and kitchen. We also have a downstairs toilet and shower room and a bathroom upstairs with a bath with power shower over and the water pressure up here is immense!
I am a school teacher, but since having my daughter I teach parenting classes part time. I cup to bed when my daughter does, so the lounge will be free most evenings for you to use. I have a digital TV with freeview and broadband via wireless is available.
