I am moving away from Portsmouth to London this week and am looking to let my room out. I am looking for someone to move in till the end of july as that's when the property will be handed to a letting agency, who will manage the property from then on. The flat is a 2nd floor 2 bed 2 bathroom flat located in the admirality tower complex just next to hms warrior and gunwharf queys. The train station is a 3 miniute walk away and there are plenty of shops near by including a spa and subway on site.
The property is fully furnished so you only need To bring your own stuff. The other housemate is a 27 year old teacher and is great to have around and had worked in the area for over a year.
