I've got a single room available in a lovely three bedroom house five minutes from the city centre and with easy access to the motorway.
The house is fully furnished and the rent includes all bills (fuel, council tax and internet). The house is clean and quiet. There is parking outside and a garage to keep a bike.

You can see a picture of the room in the advert: it is the room with the purple towels on the bed. The house is spacious and is shared with the owner, a professional man.
