Looking for friendly, considerate, female to share bright, clean, newly furnished, all-girl houseshare.

Room is newly fully furnished with double bed, 2xs chest of drawers, desk, folding chair, lamp, WiFi, digital TV arial, door hooks, clothes airer and washing basket.

The house is double-glazed and centrally heated with all new kitchen appliances. There is a shared lounge with a recliner sofa, a TV and a nice garden with seating for summer.

Location:
North End: 3 mins walk
2 mins minutes walk from direct buses to Cosham (QA hospital), University and gunwharf.

M275 is 3 min drive for short and easy commute to Cosham, Port Solent, Chichester, Petersfield, Fareham.

Cosham/QA Hosp: 10-15 mins(bus/bike)
Train station: 5-10mins (bike/bus)
Ferry port: 10 mins walk
Commercial Road: 15 mins walk
University: 25-30min mins walk

I own the house; however, I'm pretty easy-going and friendly and prefer more a houseshare-vibe than owner/tenant.
