Spacious double room in friendly house

This is a large room for rent in the paulsgrove/portchester area. All bills are included for 85 a week, this includes use of washing machine and tumble dryer, lodgers have their own kitchen cupboards and fridge and freezer. There is always good parking on the road, i live here with one other whom is a friendly male who is quiet and polite, You would have to be ok with my young cat. I am quiet and relaxed and only wish for lodgers to be clean and tidy up after themselves as i would do to respect you. Please feel free to come have a look at the room, would consider couples for a small increase in rent
