Rooms are recently decorated with a wardrobe, double bed, bedside draw and desk (If requested).

The Ensuit is a private toilet and sink in this room.

Tenets will have full use of the house which includes:
Kitchen: Large fridge freezer, washing machine and Dishwasher.
Lounge: New 3+2 sofa and TV, Virgin TV and Fibre optic internet package

Bathroom: With shower and toilet located downstairs (Recent new floor)

I will be including all bills (inc. Council Tax)

The house comes with 60mb wireless internet (With wired connections in each room)

3 mins walk from Fratton station and Asda. Parking is available but a permit is required (message for details)

I am looking for some chilled out tenets that are sociable and friendly. Mainly I want people to share my house and be able to live together in a friendly environment.

Email/Text is the best I never hear my phone..
