Double rm in modern 2 bed flat almost own bathroom

Hi. My name's Laura and I am looking to rent my spare room which is available from mid-late September. I work 9-5 and I'm out of the house most of the day. So I'm looking for a flatmate who is lively enough to have a laugh with and not be locked in their room all the time but also not someone who is going to be out every night etc. I have a 2 bedroom ground floor flat in Hilsea (newish block by the lido). The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Also, as I have an en suite you would have almost exclusive use of the main bathroom - guests use that one but I barely ever go in there! I have a very large living room with corner sofa and a reasonable size kitchen with washer dryer. I don't have a garden but i am next door to the lido if you need some outdoor space. There is also plenty of parking on the road within sight of the flat. There is a bus stop outside and im only 2 mins drive to the motorway which is useful at rush hour!! I'm looking ideally for £420 a month for rent, utilities, broadband/wifi.

Oh and I have a very cute hamster!
