A large garden with patio area and conservatory. Lovely in the warm weather. The house is open plan living and has lots of space so it never feels overcrowded.

All bills are included in price and a deposit will secure your room.
I'm sorry but I can only accept employed people only.

I will consider couples but will need to negotiate the rent according to individual circumstances.

Quiet residential area with easy access to buses and trains.
No restrictions on parking in the road.
