Double room to rent in Portsmouth

We are a friendly, non-smoking young couple with no children living in a 3 bed terraced house that has a newly installed kitchen, shower room and small garden.

We have double glazing, gas central heating and gas cooker. Parking isn't allocated but plenty of street parking available.

Bills included; council tax, tv license, water, electricity, gas
and internet.

We are looking to rent our fully furnished double room with double bed (includes linen), vanity unit, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Monday-Friday let but would consider occasional weekends for the right person (7 day let at an increased rate - to be discussed at viewing)

We are looking for a clean and tidy professional who would benefit from renting a cheap room in a mid city property.

Deposit negotiable on viewing.
