One room is available now. Other available 4th May.

Both rooms have smart TV with free NETFLIX, private fridge & freezer and allocated, off-street parking space 5 min walk from the house.

The house is 3 mins from multiple buses, has modern appliances (e. g heat pump tumble dryer), and is centrally located in a quiet road near numerous supermarkets, fast food outlets, and pubs.

- One week rent to reserve a room, which is non-refundable should you decide not to proceed

1) 13+ WEEK (3+ MONTH)
£130 weekly

2) 9-12 WEEK (2+ MONTH)
£135 weekly

3) 1-8 WEEK STAY
£140 weekly

*Rent rate will be adjusted and charged for length of actual stay.

Rent is priced for people out at work full-time. If you work from home, or aren't out working full-time while staying in the house, then rent is £140 regardless of length of stay.

WEEKLY RENT
In order to be able to offer one week notice (not one month as elsewhere), and a week-to-week flexible let, the rent is paid WEEKLY on Saturday for the period until the following Friday.

Happy to accept a pro-rata for first week ; however, rent is paid weekly after. Therefore, please arrange to vacate on a Saturday to use up your rent, as it is not refundable if you choose to vacate on another day.

BEDDING
Provided for stays of four weeks or less.

For five week plus stays, mattress protector and bottom sheet will be provided. You'll need to provide your own pillows, duvet etc.
