Please note this is 14 months as I will be leaving 2 months before the end of the current contract. The house is fully furnished and comes with all the necessary amenities. The rooms and common areas are quite spacious. Best part about this place is the location, though. Only 5 mins from main campus and the Sainsbury’s in Portswood.
