I have a double room available in Portswood. The room is fully furnished with a Double Bed, Wardrobe and a Dressing Table. While the room itself is smallish, there are additional areas within the house for storage.
The location is great with good public transport connections. The closest station is St Denys (5-7 mins).

You would be sharing the flat me, full time professional, part time student. We are both reasonably clean and tidy and naturally respectful of one’s space. Despite working long hours I enjoy an occasional glass of wine and socialising with friends wherever possible.
The room would suit a relaxed, friendly like-minded professional. Ideally someone who’s up for a chat and an occasional drink after work or on the weekend.
Please note that rent does not include Bills. The Bills are as follows:– Electricity, Gas and Council Tax.
