Currently housemate is a 27 year old friendly third year female graduate entry medical student so the house is more suitable for a mature student, post grad or professional who is cheerful, friendly, sociable and happy to muck in with the chores . The most important thing however is housemates click so interest from anyone is welcome.

There are 2 very friendly puppies (a sausage dog and chorkie) which live in the house along with a few geckos

Pets will be considered on an individual basis (no cats) and may require a higher deposit.
