The bedroom is a large double that currently holds all of the contents of our move from a 3 bed flat! Couples are welcome (+ 25% of the quoted ppcm) as are single occupants. This house is located 10mins away (walking) from The University of Southampton Highfield Campus and has plenty of parking space. The housemates you will be sharing with are a PhD student (the landlord) and a 3rd Year Undergraduate who are friendly and sociable. We are leaving as we have resided in the property for 6 months whilst we looked for a place to share of our own.
