Spare Double Room Available -Portswood

We're looking for a 5th housmate for next year. .. currently 2 guys and 2 girls studying; Oceanography, International Marketing w/ French, Geology and Engineering. The house is newly refurbished, all rooms come with double beds and are similarly sized. There is also a really nice communal living area. It's really close to the high-street/local shops and is a 10 minute walk away from the Uni of Southampton.
Although the contract does say the move in date is 1st Oct, The landlord has said it may be possible to move in earlier in September if necessary.
