Large furnished double room, shared downstairs bathroom, dining room and living room with wood-burning stove.

Shared 75' suntrap garden with patio. Summerhouse and shed for storing a bike etc.

Broadband, sky, council tax and utility bills included. We also have a weekly cleaner who can clean the room or can be asked not to intrude depending on preference.

Free on-road parking available on all surrounding roads. Usually spaces available close to the property.

We are a professional couple and work long hours Monday to Friday. We have a small dog who is quiet and well-behaved, but loves company!

Smokers allowed, but smoking outside only (or in the summerhouse if it's raining).
