Nice room - 5 min to Avenue and Highfield Campus

Offer a nice room in a cool house!

The room is located on the groundfloor with two other rooms. Upstairs you can find the other three rooms, and the two bathrooms (one with a bathtube sink and toilet and the other one with a shower, sink and toilet. We also have a big living and diningroom, furnished with a nice leather couch and a table. The kitchen has an oven, two fridges, several cupboards, freezer and a microwave. Next to the house is a little addition to the building, where the washing maschine and the dryer is.
The room is furnished with a wardrobe, a doublesize bed, big (bigger than a student needs it ;)) desk with chair, a shelf and a three-drawer dresser, and a mirror. Also there is a quite new mobile heater in the room. The room has two big windows, what makes the room bright and nice.
The current housemates, which will be there until June are two spanish people (female and male) and one portuguese guy. The other two girls will leave in January as well and they will find some students for their rooms, too.
