We are 3 female PhD students who have a large ground floor room available in our house in Highfield. The property is idyllically situated between two pubs (the Crown Inn and The Brewhouse & Kitchen) and is a short 5 minute walk to campus. We are looking for another student to fill the fourth room, preferably a postgraduate. There is no maximum stay within the property however the landlord would prefer tenants who are committed to a minimum of 6 months.
