Hi,
We have space in our share house.

Currently Available is Bed3, Good size double Room 3mx3. 5m, Vanity unit basin, Bed, Wardrobe, chest of drawers etc.

Full use of all communal areas including, lounge with great wood fire, utility room, Kitchen with aga and dining table, main bathroom.
Also full use of the garden area, in the summer its great for BBQs or just kicking back and watching the wildlife all year round.

We have pretty good wireless Internet with unlimited download...but I should say its Not mega fiber/cable speeds!

We have room for parking.

All the usual household bills are included in the rent but we each put 40 per month in the household kitty. This covers a fortnightly cleaner and all usual stuff like toilet paper, tea, milk...anything we all use and cover any white good purchases etc and keeps it stress free! :)

We're looking for friendly, honest and sociable house mates.
Local facilities are not bad for the countryside, local garage and shop 2 miles, nearest pub 1/2 mile, good country pub 3 miles. The towns of Petersfield and Alton town are about 7 miles each. Roads and access are pretty good, I can comfortably make it to Heathrow in 1H.

The house in surrounded by its own grounds of garden, woodland and paddocks. Many years ago the woodland was the main estates arboretum, it now a natural woodland but with many fantastic specimens of unusual varieties.

Couples welcome, rent increase 1.5x standard rate since the increase of people pushes up the running cost of the house etc.
We are happy to consider pets, however we have a rule not to let pets upstairs in the main house, as a compromise with keeping one area of the house pet hair free etc.
