Looking for a friendly easy going person to rent our lovely spacious bedroom.
The house is a new build so has everything you would need: it is modern, light and airy and large so privacy not an issue. We have a large garden and the house is situated a few minutes walk from Ringwood forest so walking & cycling opportunities ideal. It is located just 1. 5 miles from Ringwood town centre, easy access to major routes into Bournemouth, Poole and Southampton so ideally situated. Our road is a very quiet one with only visiting traffic.
The room is a large light room with a kingsize bed and bedroom furniture, there is ample space for some more of your own furniture if required or a desk etc
You have access to a large modern bathroom with power shower, bath, wc and sink this would be almost be a private bathroom for your own use.
The house has wifi.
Ideally I would prefer a Mon-Fri let or someone that is away often at weekends or travels etc however the room is available 7 days for the right person. Am sad that my current lodger a male of 24 is leaving due to new job out of area - he has been a star and anyone just like him would be perfect and just had a short term let so now free
