Working professional wanted to share my Beautiful home Monday - Friday. The estate is very safe and quite with ample street parking, access to wifi and TV in the room. I do have a cat so an animal lover would be essential though he does keep to himself.
The property is 1. 7 miles from Romsey town centre which is 25 minute walk, 10 minute bike ride and also has excellent commuter links to the M27 also a short distance from IBM.
I am looking for a tidy and respectful working professional either male or female and would expect the room to be vacated Friday evenings. I also have a separate garage just behind the property and would consider letting this for an additional 90. 00 per month though I am advertising this separately.
