Bills are included in our shared houses and due to the current turbulence times we live in. A new contract may be issued at the end of your fixed 6 month contract, with a higher rent to cover the increase in costs. If rents are to go up after your 6 month contact, you will be given at least 1 months notice before hand.

You can also upgrade to a larger room, with or without ensuite, walk in wardrobes, luxury top end ensuite rooms (like a studio) in the same house or other houses and flats, that we own, when they come available. Or downgrade should you wish to save money. No fees charged for this, as this is a free service for our tenants.
