Location is ideal for professionals working at the general hospital (10 min), also walking distance to Shirley High Street (3 min) and approx 1 mile to center of town.

All bills included, including council tax, water, electricity, gas, broadband, sky. No phone is provided as I don't use one, only mobile.

Must be okay with cats!

Ideal lodger would be female but will consider males on case by case basis. Ideally under age of 35 please. Non smokers only. Preference for thoughtful lodgers who are used to house shares :)
