The house is very modern and is situated in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac location shared with just one neighbour. There is off road parking for 2 cars and its a 2 min walk to the local shop and bus stop with regular bus to city centre (takes just 15 mins). Also within walking distance is a retail park with a gym, Lidl and several other shops.

Downstairs there is a WC, spacious Kitchen Diner and living room. There is a good sized private garden with shed and BBQ.

A bit about me ― I am a 34 year professional female and work as a PA in Hedge End, I am a very sociable person and enjoy going out for dinner/drinks with friends, festivals etc. I also try to get to the gym most evenings.

I am looking to live with another professional who is clean, tidy and responsible. I have 2 cats so would prefer someone who is also an animal lover :)

The room is initially available for 6 months.
