This lovely double sized bedroom has beautiful views and plenty of space. The double bed has a high quality memory foam mattress to help ensure a good night's sleep. 100% cotton bed linen can be supplied if required. There is a built in double wardrobe which provides loads of storage as well as under bed storage, a desk, bedside drawers and arm chair.

Downstairs is an independent kitchenette with convection oven and hotplates, separate fridge/freezer as well as an independent, very cosy sitting/dining room with TV, Broadband (BT Infinity), all shared with one other lodger, a professional businessman.

You have all the benefits of living in a lovely environment, with the ability to enjoy having lots of space to relax other than just your bedroom.

The cottage is on the edge of the beautiful South Downs with a good pub (The White Hart), village shop and PO all within less than a 5 minute walk. It is a 7 min drive to Petersfield, 15 mins to Chichester, 10 mins to Haslemere. (Petersfield station trains direct to London Waterloo).

It is packed with original art and charm. It has wonderful views and facilities, including underfloor heating, power shower, plenty of parking in the drive, space in the garage for bicycles and large garden.

I work from home and so am out quite a lot in the evenings. I have 2 small dogs who are completely house trained. Cleaner once a week included but I am sorry there are no facilities for casual overnight visitors.
