There is a driveway for 1 car and free on road parking.
Deposit (£440, protected) and references are required.
The landlord is friendly and nice. I have been tenant here for almost 4 years. The other tenant is moving out due to personal circumstances. I am advertising the room on behalf of my landlord who you will meet as well.
