I have a spare room in my 2 bed flat. I am 24 year old fashion designer and I currently live here. Located just outside of town this flat is the perfect location for still being close enough to walk into town etc but not be in studentville- easy to get to both universities.
Bedroom is currently fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair and drawers.
Bedroom is double sized and we have a roomy lounge and nice kitchen.
Shared bathroom with bath and shower- large in size heated towel rail
Looking for a nice roomy who is tidy and clean but would love a cheeky glass of wine and gossip
