Hi, I'm one of two current tenants, and we're looking for a new housemate for the ground floor room. We have a quiet and professional LGBTQ+ friendly house share in a huge house.

It's an extremely large double room, fully furnished. Suitable for either a single person or a couple. For couples the rent increases to £767.
It's available from 1st April, but potentially could be made be available earlier if you need to move sooner.
All bills are included - rent includes all utilities, council tax, TV license, and WiFi. WiFi is fast and suitable for WFH.
House features a communal open plan kitchen and living/dining room, two bathrooms (you would have exclusive use of the ground floor loo pictured), and a separate shared shower room.
Parking: can apply for a resident parking permit from the council to park on the street outside if needed.
Location: right on the Avenue so very central and easy walking distance of city centre or Portswood high street.
