Friendly housemates, currently three guys and one girl (who is moving out). Own furniture, would be needed although there are some furnishings available (shelves and canvass wardobe).

The house is a ten minute walk to Central Station and also only a short walk to the city centre.

There is a large garden with patio and decked area, great for barbecues. There is also a conservatory backing onto the garden.

The bathroom has a bath and separate, powerful shower and there is also a downstairs toilet. The kitchen is spacious, with a gas cooker and huge electric oven - perfect for baking or Sunday roasts - and has a dining area.

The main living room is spacious and we use the spare bedroom for any guests/drying washing. There is off road parking in the evenings and all day Sunday.

Basically it's a big house with lots of space, handy for the city centre with nice housemates. It's perfect if you like to have people around, but also like your own space.
