Hi.
I have a 4 bed house but there is only 1 room left so u need to be quick!

All rooms come furnished with a bed, wardrobe, drawers and desk.

Communal lounge has sofas, coffee table and TV with freeview.

Kitchen has all the basics and everyone gets their own cupboard and space in the fridge.

House has two toilets, one in the bathroom and the other in the shower room.

Garden with decking.

All bills are included in the price so the rent is all you pay, and not a penny more! (Gas, Elec, Water, Line rental and Broadband. Council tax is NOT included but students are exempt)

There is also a "chores" system in place to make sure the house stays clean and everybody does there fair share of the cleaning.

I'm not terribly bothered about references but I do want a guarantor or forwarding address and will accept nothing less than one months rent as deposit.

Lastly the house is located only a 10 min walk to town. There is a Tesco and a Aldi just around the corner.
