This is a double room in a 7-man student house (so it's ONLY available to students, sorry!).

The room has a double bed, desk, cupboards, drawers and more storage.

The house has 2 bathrooms, 3 showers, a spacious kitchen, a big living room, utility area with washing machine and fridge-freezers. There's UNLIMITED broadband and freeview TV (fully paid TV licence).

The rent is £351 per month, bills are £30, the deposit is £400. There will also be a charge of rent, which will depend on the date of moving in.

As for the house's location, it's in Portswood in Southampton; it's 2 minutes up the road from Sobar and Jesters, 10 minutes from Portswood town, 20 minutes away from uni. There's a Tesco Express over the back garden wall so you've got all conveniences covered.

The room is available anytime until the contract expires on the 30th of June.

After talking to the landlord, I have to say that the room isn't available to couples or non-students (sorry).

If anyone is interested, get in touch a. s.a. p. but please only if you're 100% serious because I live in Wales and have to make a 3 hour journey to show the room.
