The remaining room is upstairs in a large semi-detached house in the inner avenue area, close to the common, easy walk to the city centre and close to various bus routes. The room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. A desk and chair are also provided. The room is NOT available for let to couples.

Communal facilities include bathroom with over bath shower, large fitted kitchen with large fridge-freezer, washing machine and built in electric oven. There is a large communal lounge diner with large dining table.

WiFi broadband is available in the house.

A parking permit for on road parking would be required, these are issued by the local Council.

Hot water and central heating are gas powered, all windows are double glazed.

Outside there is a small courtyard garden.

Council tax and water is included. Gas & electricity is not and cost will depend on quantity used by all three occupants with costs split equally.

Convenient for both Universities, Portswood, City Centre and South Hants Hospital. Local public transport also easy to access.
