En-suite double bedroom in modern apartment

My housemate is moving out at the end of January so I am looking for someone to move in to a lovely, large, modern 2 bed apartment in the town quay/ ocean village area of Southampton (SO14 2GJ). The bedroom on offer is a good sized unfurnished double with en-suite, 2 double built-in wardrobes and door leading to the decking/ terrace area. The property is neutrally decorated with very large and impressive entrance hallway, large lounge and good sized modern kitchen. The lounge and kitchen are furnished but there is room if you have any furniture you would like to move with. Unfortunately parking is not offered with the apartment however there is a pay and display car park less then a 2 minute walk away, which is free between 6pm- 8am. The rent is £400 before bills and a deposit will be required.
