Double room in terraced house available for 6 months.

I'm a mature student at Southampton University, fairly laid back, tidy, polite, occasionally even humourous.

There's a very small garden, smoking outside only. Broadband installed, TV, kitchen, washing machine. Only water and electric bills (no gas - heating is through night storage heaters).

Previous housemate had to relocate suddenly for work so need some one else to pick up half the rent until August or so.

If you're a smoker it's outside only I'm afraid.
