I am offering my room due to work commitments, i will be moving out off the house 27th of April and there will be two remaining months left on my contract; MAY and JUNE. I am happy to let the tenant move in in the final few days of April.
Current occupants are 3 mature final year students, and also a individual who works full time. All are lovely and very easily to get along with.

However, the full two months rent will be required up front before moving into the room.
