This ad is for a beautiful double room in the heart of the City Centre directly next to Solent University.
Room comes furnished with a double bed, a built in wardrobe, 1 large and one small chest of drawers, and a full length mirror.

I have to move out due to some family problems unfortunately however you would be sharing with two lovely female housemates who are in their Third year of Uni.

There is a spacious Living room with a huge corner suite and massive mirror with a connected modern kitchen. There is one main bathroom to share with one other housemate as the other housemate has her own ensuite. Both housemates are very clean and tidy.

Rent for the double room is £285 per month w/out bills.

Bills equal to £5 per month for electricity and £40 utility bills which come every 3 months, so very very cheap!

If you're a student you don't need to pay council tax however if you're not its £75 per month.

Deposit is £333. 33p which you will receive back when you move out if everything is in the same condition as when you moved in.

So all in all a very cheap place directly in the town centre!
