Shared areas of the house comprise fully fitted kitchen including all white goods and microwave, lounge diner, main bathroom with shower over bath, garden, bike storage area. Off-road parking available (for extra £50 per month), on-road parking with permit also available.

Rent of £380 / £270 per month for a fully furnished double / single room, inclusive of all utility bills, council tax & wireless internet access.
