1 room available in 4 bedroom house near the university available from the 1st of January. We are 2 professionals and one masters student looking for a housemate to rent the spare furnished double room.

Very reasonable rent: £241.90 pcm. Bills not included- usually about £70 pcm per person (including all utilities and council tax), payable each month to chief tenant.

Amenities: Large garden with patio, shared lounge, washer and drier, ample fridge/freezer space and bt infinity broadband.

Helpful Landlord: This is his only rental property so he cares for it well, helping with gardening and maintenance.

Excellent location: 10 min walk to campus. Local shops and bus stop just a 2 min walk away. Swaythling train station is only a 10 min walk away. There is a drive and ample parking space on the road.

Lovely housemates: we are a sociable but considerate bunch, happy to enjoy quiet nights in or fun nights out. The mood in the house is typically relaxed and friendly.
