Hi, from we're looking for a professional (not a student unfortunately) in a nice shared house. It has large bedrooms, unlimited 100-meg broadband, huge lounge with projector for movie nights and a wide range of social people. The property is 5 minutes walk from Highfield Campus and on the main bus route. It’s super friendly and we’re looking for sociable, tidy housemates to fill the spot. The room is £325/month + bills (about £50 per month including cleaner) + £26.59 council tax + one off £13 deposit protection scheme fee. The room is larger than normal and there is one room also with an ensuite bathroom for £425/month.
