I have got a double room to rent in a 2010 built apartment block in the very sought after area of Ocean Village, near the City Centre in Southampton. The room is painted neutrally and furnished with a double bed and double wardrobe and has space for a chest of drawers and bed side table if required. The room also has a floor to ceiling window which has stunning views out on to the communal gardens. There is a bathroom with WC and bath and a hand held shower over the bath. All bills are included in the rent, no additional costs will be incurred.
the apartment has a good size balcony with uninterrupted water views. The kitchen, dining and living area are open plan and all areas are fully furnished (dining table, sofa, flat screen TV, etc) in a contemporary style. The apartment is also fitted with Sky+ HD and WiFi. The kitchen is fitted with all new appliances and is also in a contemporary style to match the living space.
the apartment is situated in Ocean Village which is a short walk away from all local amenities such as bars, restaurants, Southampton Docks and the West Quay shopping Centre. The train station is a 20 minute walk.
i'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy and lives their life in a professional manner. I'm a non-smoker so I wouldn't allow smoking in the apartment, however I do not mind anyone smoking on the balcony, which leads off of the living area
