I have a lovely double ensuite bedroom available within my home. The room is available furnished, unfurnished or part furnished - up to you!

There is a gorgeous little garden which is a bit of a sun trap and a garden shed for bike storage! The kitchen has all the essentials as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

As a new build property there is only one parking space but there is parking on several residential roads close by (<30m), my previous lodgers have had no issues.

In the lounge there is a dining table and two large sofas one of which is a sofa bed ideal for duvet days or visitors! I have also just had sky installed.

The house itself is situated less than 30m from Swaythling train station (direct line to Southampton Central and London Waterloo), 10min walk to Southampton Airport Parkway, 4 miles from Southampton General Hospital (20min commutable bike ride - where I work) and 3minutes drive from M27. It also has good amenities nearby including a morrisons local and doctors surgery less than 5mins up the road!

Included in the rent is all bills including council tax, gas, electricity, water, Internet, Sky TV and ADT alarm.

One main thing is we have a dog called George, he is gorgeous, but I am of course a little biased. Both my other half and George spend a lot of time away from home with work so I'm looking for someone to move in who will enjoy a nice glass of wine and a movie 'on a school night' and maybe a few cheeky cocktails at the weekend if I'm not working!
