The room is furnished with 4 door wardrobes and a double bed, net/curtain of window & rug.

NB. Shared house with live in homeowner couples. This is a 4 bedroom house, and only one other room is rented out already by a professional working female lodger and this is the 2nd room to let and so is NOT an overcrowded house.

A deposit of a full month rent is required at the time of signing the legal contract, which is refunded back on the day of vacating the house.
Also must bring an ID(passport or driving license)
