My house is available to let out on a Mon-Fri

My house is available to let out on a Monday to Friday morning basis. I am only home at weekends as I am working away myself, therefore you will have full use of the house. You can also leave your belongings in your room at the weekends; your room will not be used. I plan to rent out 2 rooms, so you may share with one other person. The house has a separate lounge then a kitchen dining room, 2 bathrooms so plenty of space. Off-street parking is available for both tenants. All bills included, broadband etc. I will also arrange a weekly cleaner & gardener (Monday Mornings).

The house is located at the nice end of Burgess Road, SO16 opposite the common. Very close to Southampton University, also good for the Hospital etc..

I am looking to sell the property, although not in any hurry. There may however be some viewings taking place mid-week (9 – 5). With this is mind I would suggest that the tenancy is monthly with a minimum of 3 months. Then a month either side notice. Unless we agree somthing else.

•Double bedroom with small built in wardrobe - £480 per month all inclusive (£200 deposit)

•Small single bedroom with bed, desk and hanging rail - £320 per month all inclusive (£200 deposit)

Both rooms are available from end of April 2014. Viewings from 14th April 2014. Unless otherwise agreed.
