Lovely double available now- close to gen hospital

Lovely double room available now in friendly household, I have one other lodger and my partner living here, although I rarely see the other lodger he is mostly out.
The room is fully furnished with WIFI and TV with free view. Shared kitchen and bathroom, use of washing machine tumble drier, lovely South Facing garden for those hot summer days we are going to have!
Looking for a long term let at least six months. I do have two cats not that they would go in your room but would be no good for anyone with allergies to cats.
I am on a main bus route so really easy to get into town, also close to the General hospital 10-15 minutes walking.
We are a quiet household and keep
ourselves to ourselves and respect each others privacy.
We have a good sense of humour and there are only two rules in the household if you use it you clean up behind yourself, and no hogging the bathroom for 40 minutes or more in the mornings!......:-)
