My name's Anne-Marie. I currently live in this large, semi-detached property and for the new rental year (1st August 2014 - 31st July 2015) I am looking for 1 more person to move in with myself and 2 other new housemates. We're all female and 2 of us have full time jobs while the other is going to begin a PhD in September.
The house is in a great location and just a 5 minute walk from Portswood High Street, St Denys train station, Riverside Park and Bitterne Triangle. All the bedrooms are pretty equal in size, there is also a good sized shared kitchen, large lounge with 3 sofas plus a TV, a 2nd smaller lounge/dining area, an upstairs bathroom, plus an extra downstairs toilet and a good sized garden area.
Throughout the last year in this house we have spent no more than £380 each a month, including all rent and bills. However, the gas and electric are on pre-pay meters so this could differ, depending how we agree to work out the costings.
