We are looking for a clean, tidy student who is willing to live with four fashion students.
The house is a ten minute walk from Southampton Solent university and 15 minute walk from the centre of Southampton town.
The house is available from 1st July 2014 - 28th June 2015.
(A year contract).

Deposit: £250
We also pay a direct debt of £40 a month in to a house bank account for the utility bills. This includes gas, water, Electric, Wifi and TV licence.
The house also has one car parking space.
