Hi, I am Abbie. I bought my first house a year ago & I have decided to rent bedroom 2 out. I have had lodgers in the past, and it's worked out well! I am looking for someone Monday-Friday ideally as I do like to come home late the weekends. May consider weekend lets depending on circumstances.
I am a clean tidy landlord and I enjoy going out with my friends, going to the gym & I work full time. I do enjoy time alone or have my boyfriend over in the week.
The room itself has brand new carpet, paint, furniture, bedding etc which has barely been used. The bedroom comes with a TV which has a dvd player and Sky digital which is included in the price. All bills (except groceries) are included in the price and the property has wifi.
I am looking for somebody to move in immediately. I don't mind couples, however the price for a couple would be £500 per month.
