We are two third year medics and two final year engineers (all male) looking for a housemate from July. We live on Khartoum Road, which is next to avenue campus, and right next to the common. Takes about 25 mins to walk to SGH and 5 mins to get to Highfield campus.
The rent is £70 a week including water, so £300 a month.
We have 1 bathroom, and 2 toilets (one being an outdoor toilet, yes). South-facing garden with bbq and two sheds to keep bikes. Nice kitchen and living room. Darts board for entertainment. Great landlords who are quick to sort any issues.
