Room available from 1st August in quiet house.

Looking for a quiet lodger to rent a double room. There is private access to the house from the side which takes you straight into the kitchen. This will be shared with myself however I tend to be out a lot in the evenings so it's unlikely that I will interrupt any cooking you do! Your bedroom will be accessed by a door leading off the kitchen and there is a large ensuite shower room. My previous lodger enjoyed the space as she felt like it was a private annexe and is only leaving due to a long distance placement.

There is also use of the garden and there is parking available on the road. The bus links to town/Uni are good and the area is quiet too with local shops and amenities.
The room was newly painted and carpeted earlier this year in neutral tones and there is wardrobe hanging space, ample storage, a single bed with a TV/DVD player, broadband and a desk. There is also room for a two seater table for dining in the room.
